The character limit in the company description field has been expanded to 300 characters. This means the AI chatbot can now take more details about your business into account and provide customers with more accurate, relevant responses.

We’ve increased the number of fields for custom AI chatbot rules to 10 and expanded the text limit for each. Now you can provide even more detailed instructions on how exactly the AI chatbot should respond, including tone, phrasing, and details.
This helps it sound more natural and resemble your human agents.

You can configure these details in the “AI chatbot settings” section.
Thanks to these improvements, the AI bot can now more accurately reflect your company’s communication style, reduce the workload on your support team, and increase conversions from chats.
Now, the AI bot can be trained not only on the built-in Dashly knowledge base but also on your external sources — websites, landing pages, and other knowledge bases. You no longer need to manually transfer information into Dashly. The bot can retrieve answers directly from your existing resources.
