  • Android (1.0.55):
  1. Now you can greet users with a welcome chatbot. Reduce the agents’ workload. Let the chatbot answer the most frequent questions that users ask in a live chat.
  2. Simplify your app users’ experience. They can take photos right from the live chat. No need to log out of your app to take a photo of a document and then log back to upload it.
  3. The user will see how many new messages the agent has sent him. Now the number of unread messages can be shown not only on the live chat icon but also on the buttons.
  4. Statistics has been updated: now, in addition to the number of the viewed messages, you can see how many of them were clicked. It is an important metric for push notifications, pop-ups and live chat.
  5. Fixed bug: the app won’t close if the user clicked on a push notification and then closed the live chat. You can choose the screen the user will see after closing the live chat.
